Q. How do I open these files?
A. The files will open with Excel.
Q. How do I know which are Digital and which are Printed requests?
A. Digital requests have a (D) in the column next to the brochure title. Printed requests have a (P) in that column.
Q. What do the columns in the Brochure Requests file contain?
A. Brochure ID, Brochure Title, Printed (P) or Digital (D), Total Number requested in this period.
Q. In the Prospects file, what does the column with the two numbers (e.g. 31-40) mean?
A. That is the age range of the Prospect.
Q. In the Prospects file, what does the column saying "WITHHELD" or "GRANTED" mean?
A. Those prospects who have given their permission for you to add them to your database are flagged as "GRANTED". Those prospects who have NOT given their permission are flagged as "WITHHELD". Our advice is that it is not a violation of privacy legislation for you to contact these people via email in connection with their request for information. Whether you also add these people to your database is a matter of policy. Provided you have a working unsubscribe facility, we see no harm in doing so.
Q. Which Prospects can I add to my Prospect Database?
A. We recommend that you add ALL Prospects to your Prospect Database.
