Calypso Cricket at its best
A tour of the West Indies is everything you've imagined it to be - crystal clear waters, sun drenched beaches, laid back lifestyle, friendly locals and calypso cricket - there is definitely something for everyone here, so why not join us as we embark on our 6th tour to this cricketing paradise.
Australian Sports Tours is proud to invite you on tour to the West Indies in June 2016. The Aussies take on hosts West Indies and powerhouse South Africa in this historic Tri Nations ODI Tournament with St Kitts and Barbados hosting 7 of these high class matches.
The Aussies are currently holding down the number 1 ranked position on the ICC ODI rankings, but they will face big challenges from a formidable South African outfit and also the home nation who play these conditions better than anyone.
The chance to support the Australian cricket team and travel to the island paradise of the West Indies generally only happens every four years for a Test Tour, or the rare World Cup, so this Tri Nation ODI Tournament also featuring South Africa on St Kitts and Barbados is one not to be missed. The ODI tournament consists of three round-robin matches in each country before culminating with the Final.
Australian Sports Tours has released three touring options offering you the chance to either take in all 7 matches on St Kitts and Barbados with the Full Tour, sample a few days on St Kitts with a week in Barbados on the Middle Order Tour, or just make Barbados your only stop at the business end of the tournament with the Tail Ender Tour.
The days in between matches present the ideal opportunity to explore the islands, enjoy some water sports, relax on the beach, taste the local cuisine or even hop aboard a rum shack tour!
Australia is not scheduled to visit these shores again until at least 2019, so don't miss this fantastic opportunity to sample one of world cricket's greatest destinations.
West Indies 2016
The ODI Tournament will be hosted by three Caribbean nations with three round-robin matches in each before culminating with the Final. Due to its social & political challenges the tour will skip the first host, Guyana, and will instead commence in the island paradise of St Kitts then conclude in the jewel of the Caribbean, Barbados.
