Adventurous Women has designed some wonderful journeys for women who want to travel for themselves and see life from a different perspective. Many Adventurous Women travellers are solo and can save on single supplement costs by sharing with a roommate or friend, allowing them to savour the moments without sacrificing on quality.

Many travellers are solo, whether married, single, widowed or divorced. To avoid paying the single supplement, you can choose to take part in a system where at each hotel on the tour, you share with a different room mate (unless you specifically wish to share with a friend you’ve booked with).

• Borneo, Malaysia - Sepilok to visit the Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, overnight trek on the headhunters trail, Mulu National Park caves and Kuching, rich with colonial history
