Shamrock Travel is an Irish-owned and Irish-operated family business based in Melbourne. The company has been a respected member of the Australian Travel Industry for over 20 years. Managing Director and owner operator, Paurick Dempsey, established the company in 1989. Paurick's relationship with operators of coach tours in Ireland dates back to 1980, when he worked in his family travel business in Ireland.

Paurick's father Michael established one of Ireland's first retail travel agencies in 1958 and his father and family still run that business to this day! Paurick came to Australia in 1981 and has lived here ever since. He has never lost his passion for Ireland and the success of his travel company over the past 20 years, is due in no small way to this passion.

His long-standing relationship with a myriad of Irish-based operators gives Shamrock Travel a unique prespective and a knowledge that will ensure you get the tour that's right for you.
